血中VEGF,IGF-1与2型糖尿病视网膜病变关系的研究

目的探讨血管内皮生长因子(vascularendothelialgrowthfactor,VEGF)、胰岛素样生长因子-1(insulin-likegrowthfactor-1)与2型糖尿病视网膜病变发生发展的关系。方法用酶联免疫吸附分析双抗体夹心法、放射免疫分析法分别测定32例正常对照组、29例无视网膜病变的2型糖尿病组(non-diabeticretinopa-thy,NDR)、30例单纯糖尿病视网膜病变组(backgrounddiabeticretinopathy,BDR)和28例增殖性糖尿病视网膜病变组(proliferativediabeticretinopathy,PDR)血浆中VEGF与血清中IGF-1的含量。用t检验、直线相关分析进行组间差异性比较。结果VEGF与IGF-1在NDR组明显高于正常对照组(P<0.01);BDR组和PDR组明显高于NDR组(P<0.05);NDR和BDR两组VEGF与IGF-1之间呈显著正相关(r =0.371;r =0.364,P<0.05)。结论VEGF和IGF-1是促进糖尿病性视网膜病变发病和视网膜新生血管形成的重要因素。

Effects of VEGF and IGF-1 in blood on type 2 diabetic retinopathy

To explore the effects of vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) and insulin-like growth factor-1(IGF-1) on the generation and development of diabetic retinopathy. Thirty-two healthy persons, 29 type 2 diabetes mellitus patients without diabetic retinopathy (NDR), 30 patients with background diabetic retinopathy (BDR) and 28 with proliferative diabetic retinopathy (PDR) were enrolled into the study. The plasma VEGF was measured using enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay and serum IGF-1 using radio-immunity. The difference between groups was analyzed with t-test and linear correlation. The levels of VEGF and IGF-1 in NDR group were significantly higher than those of control group; while in BDR and PDR groups, the levels of the two items were significantly higher than those in NDR group (P <0.05). The levels of VEGF and IGF-1 was positively correlated in NDR and BDR groups. Conclusion] Both VEGF and IGF-1 play an important role in the generation of diabetic retinopathy and retinal neovascularization.
