雄激素对慢性心力衰竭雄性大鼠心脏功能的影响

目的 探讨睾酮对慢性心功能不全雄性大鼠心脏结构及功能的影响。方法 74只雄性SD大鼠分为：正常对照组；心衰组；睾丸切除＋心衰组；睾丸切除＋心衰＋睾酮替代治疗组。应用超声学方法研究大鼠心脏结构及左室收缩功能的变化。结果 在去势的慢性心衰雄性大鼠，睾酮水平下降，心功能随之下降；睾酮治疗明显增加心脏的重量，减小左室舒张末容积，阻止左室短轴缩短率的明显下降。结论 在慢性心功能不全雄性大鼠，睾酮水平的下降加重了心功能不全，而生理量睾酮治疗则能够保护心脏的收缩功能。

Effects of testosterone on left ventricular function of male rats with chronic heart failure

Objective] The purpose of our present study was to examine the effect of Testosterone on the left ventricular structure and function of male rat with chronic heart failure (CHF). Methods] 74 SD male rats were divided into 4 groups: Control; CHF; Orchiectomy(ORX)+CHF; ORX+CHF +Testosterone(T). The left ventricular structure and function were examined by echocardiography. Results] In ORX+CHF male rats, heart function greatly decreased companying with the decrease of serum testosterone level. T administration led to myocardial hypertrophy and increased heart weights. T treatment decreased left ventricular end-diastolic dimension (EDV) and prevented the decline of fractional shortening (FS). Conclusion] In male rats with chronic heart failure, the decrease of serum testosterone level deteriorated the heart function and testosterone treatment can improve left ventricular systolic function.
