血府逐瘀片治疗冠心病心绞痛疗效临床观察

目的 观察血府逐瘀片治疗冠心病心绞痛的疗效.方法 选取100例冠心病患者,随机分为2组,治疗组50例,口服血府逐瘀片(潍坊中狮制药有限公司),对照组50例,口服复方丹参片,对两组的疗效进行观察、比较.结果 治疗组临床心绞痛及心电图总有效率为92％和62％,对照组临床心绞痛及心电图总有效率为68％和40％,与对照组比较,治疗组差异有显著性(P＜0.05).结论 血府逐瘀片对冠心痛心绞痛可以减少发作,心电图改善明显,有良好的临床疗效.

Clinical therapeutic effect of Xuefuzhuyu tablets for angina pectoris

【Objective】 To observe the effect of Xuefuzhuyu tablets in treating Angina Pectoris.【Method】 Selected 100 case of the patients with angina pectoris were randomly divided into 2 groups.The treatment group(n =50),took orally Xuefuzhuyu tablets,and control group(n =50) took orally Salvia miltoiorrhiza tablets;The effect of the two groups was observed.【Result】 The efficacy of angina and ECG of the treatment group was 92%,62%,respectively and the efficacy of angina and ECG of the control group was 68%,40% comparing with the control group(P <0.05).【Conclusion】 The Xuefuzhuyu tablets are reliable in treating angina pectoris,which can reduce angina pectoris attack and improve ECG.
