| 摘 要： | 目的：研究人血清瘦素水平与肥胖、血压及尿酸的关系。方法：采用放射免疫法测定150例正常糖耐量人群的空腹血清瘦素水平，同时测定体重指数(BMI)、腰围、臀围、腰臀比值(WHR)、血压、空腹血糖、血清总胆固醇、甘油三酯及血尿酸。结果：肥胖者瘦素水平升高；空腹血清瘦素水平与体重指数、腰围、血压、血尿酸呈正相关，与臀围、WHR、血糖、血清总胆固醇、甘油三酯水平无相关性。结论：人类肥胖者存在瘦素抵抗；瘦素可能参与高血压的形成及尿酸的代谢。

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the relationship between serum leptin levels and obesity , blood pressure as well as serum uric acid in human bodies.Methods:Fasting serum leptin concentrations were measured with RIA in 150 subjects with normal glucose tolerance. The body mass index (BMI), waist circumference, hip circumference, waist to hip ratio(WHR), blood pressure and the fasting serum levels of blood glucose ,cholesterol, triglyceride, uric acid were determined sinmultaneously. Results:Serum leptin level was elevated in obese subjects, the step-wise multiple regression analysis showed that leptin levels were positively correlated with BMI, waist circumference, blood pressure and uric acid. Conclusions:There is leptin resistance in human obese subjects; leptin may play a part in the occurrence of hypertension and uric acid metabolism. |
