| 摘 要： | 目的观察阿德福韦酯治疗拉米夫定耐药慢性乙型肝炎的疗效及安全性。方法采用随机、双盲、拉米夫定对照的研究方法，选择56名慢性乙型肝炎患者作为研究对象，停用原来的拉米夫定。按1：1随机口服阿德福韦酯10mg／d或拉米夫定100mg／d，治疗疗程6个月。分别观察两组血清生化学指标、HBV DNA水平、HBV血清学标志物变化以及不良反应的发生率。结果治疗6个月后服用阿德福韦酯的患者血清HBV DNA水平均显著下降，有25例（89_3％）患者的血清HBV DNA有应答，ALT复常率为100％，均显著高于拉米夫定组。血清HBeAg阴转率两组间差异无显著性（P=O．237）。服用阿德福韦酯或拉米夫定6个月，两组均无严重不良反应。结论阿德福韦酯治疗拉米夫定耐药慢性乙型肝炎具有较好的疗效。安全性好。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the efficacy and safety of Adefovirdipivoxil therapy for patients with chronic hepatitis B resistant to Lamivudine.
