非典型性肾血管平滑肌脂肪瘤的CT诊断

目的提高对CT诊断非典型性肾血管平滑肌脂肪瘤的认识。方法回顾性诊断46例非典型性肾血管平滑肌瘤CT资料。重点讨论：CT检查肾血管平滑肌脂肪瘤的方法和CT在非典型性肾血管平滑肌脂肪瘤诊断中的价值。结果CT捡查46例病人，均为二型肾血管平滑肌脂肪瘤，发现单肾累及30例，双肾累及16例，6例合并肿瘤内出血或者肾包膜下出血，CT诊断非典型性肾血管平滑肌脂肪瘤有较高的准确性（89．1％）。结论笔者认为采用找到肿块内脂肪征的合适的检查技术，多数非典型性肾血管平滑肌脂肪瘤可获得正确诊断。

CT diagnosis of unusual renal angiomyolipoma

[Objective] To discuss the capability of CT in diagnosis and differential diagnosis of unusual renal angiomyolipoma. [Methods] CT scans of 46 cases with unusual renal angiomyolipoma were retrospectivety analysed, the methods and the dianoetic value of CT scanning on the tumor were emphatically discussed, [Results] 46 cases belong to second classification of angiomylipomas, 16 cases had bilateral renal angiomyolipoma, six associated with intrarenal and perirenal hemorrpage unusual renal angiomyolipoma was correctly diagnosed by CT alone in 89.1%. [Conlusion] CT is valuable in the diagnosis of unusual renal angiomyolipoma with properexamining methods to detect fatty attenuation in the tumor.
