C-erbB-2,PCNA和Ki67在乳腺癌中的表达及临床意义

摘    要:目的 :研究乳腺癌中原癌蛋白C -erbB - 2、细胞增殖标志物PCNA和Ki67的表达与临床病理参数 (癌组织大小 ,淋巴结转移 ,年龄 ,雌、孕激素受体ER、PR表达 )之间的关系。方法 :免疫组化SP法。结果 :54例乳腺癌中 ,C -erbB - 2 ,PCNA和Ki67阳性表达率分别为 51 .9% ,68.5 %和 48.1 %。C -erbB - 2与PCNA ,Ki67表达之间显著正相关 (P <0 .0 1 )。C -erbB - 2及其和PCNA共同高表达与癌组织大、淋巴结转移 、ER -和PR - ;PCNA高表达与癌组织大、ER -和PR - ;Ki67及其和C -erbB - 2共同高表达与癌组织大、淋巴结转移 和ER -这些不良预后因素分别显著相关 (P <0 .0 5或P <0 .0 1 )。结论 :C -erbB - 2 ,CNA和Ki67高表达是乳腺癌预后不良的指标。PCNA与Ki67是独立的乳腺癌细胞增殖的指标

Abstract:Objective:To study the relationship between the expression of CerbB-2, PCNA and Ki67 and the histologic or clinical parameters in breast cancer.Method:By using SP immunohistochemical technic.Results:In 54 cases of breast cancer,the positivity rates of CerbB-2, PCNA and Ki67 expression were 51.9%, 68.5% and 48.1% respectively. There were significant positivity correlations between the expression of CerbB-2 and that of PCNA, Ki67 ( P <0.01).The high expression of CerbB-2 coincided with big tumor size, lymph node positivity,the absence of ER and PR; the high expression of PCNA coincided with big tumor size, the absence of ER and PR; and the high expression of Ki67 coincided with big tumor size, lymph node positivity,the absence of ER ( P <0.05 or P <0.01).Conclusions:High expression of CerbB-2, PCNA and Ki67 is the bad prognostic marker of breast cancer. PCNA and Ki67 are the indicators of cellular growth independently.
