循环肿瘤细胞在肝癌中应用的研究进展

肝癌是最常见的恶性肿瘤之一,发病率高,死亡率高.术后复发及转移率高严重影响了肿瘤切除或肝移植治疗效果.循环肿瘤细胞是存在于外周血中的少量恶性细胞,起源于原发肿瘤或转移灶.新技术的发展使分离和鉴定循环肿瘤细胞成为可能.循环肿瘤细胞检测已被认为是一个可靠的预后指标.该文就循环肿瘤细胞在肝癌应用中的检测方法、分子标记物和临床意义的研究进展作一综述.

Research progression on the application of circulating tumor cell for Liver cancer

Liver cancer is one of the most common malignant tumors with high incidence rate and high incidence rate.High relapse rate and high metastasis rate have serious impacts on the treatment effect of tumor resection or liver transplantation.Circulating tumor cells which derive from the primary tumor or metastases are a small amount of malignant cells in the peripheral blood.With the development of new technologies,the separation and identification of circulating tumor cells become possible.The detection of circulating tumor cell has been considered a reliable prognostic indicator.In this paper,the detection methods,molecular markers and clinical significance of circulating tumor cells in liver cancer are reviewed.
