| 摘 要： | 目的探讨支气管成形术治疗中央型肺癌的适应证、技术要点及并发症的防治。方法对33例中央型肺癌患者施行支气管成形术，并进行长期随访，总结临床资料。结果全组均获根治性切除，并发症发生率18．1％，术后1、3、5年生存率分别为87．9％（29／33）、54．5％（18／33）和30.3％（10／33）。结论支气管成形术能根治性切除病灶，最大限度保护肺功能，减少了全肺切除和单纯剖胸探查的比例，扩大了手术适应证，有利于延长患者的生存期。

| Abstract: | Objective] To evaluate the inducation surgical procedure and theraptutic effects of bronchoplasty. Methods] 33 cases with plasty of bronchus resection for central lung cancer was followed up for a long time and the clinical data was summarized.
