| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨汶川大地震发生后接诊伤员的特点及分检流程,为建立在大型灾害事件中的分检处理流程,及时合理配置医疗资源,启动应急预案,提高医疗救援水平提供思路.方法 以四川大学华西医院在地震发生后不同时段接收的伤员的诊治信息数据为基本资料,对不同时段因伤员特点不同而发生的分检流程变化进行综合分析.结果 不同时段地震伤员的伤情特点发生改变,根据急诊人数及病情的变化急诊流程也随之改变.结论 在大型灾难事件发生后,应对灾害程度迅速做出判断,确定分检流程,合理配置医疗资源,从而提高医疗救援水平及效果.
