肾错构瘤自发性破裂出血的诊治(附8例报告)

目的探讨肾错构瘤破裂出血的诊断与治疗方法.方法回顾性分析诊治的8例肾错构瘤破裂出血的临床资料.8例行B超,7例行CT检查.结果8例均行病理检查明确诊断.7例行患肾切除术,1例行肿瘤剜除术.所有患者肿瘤直径大于5 cm.患者恢复良好.结论B超和CT是术前诊断肾错构瘤破裂出血的较好方法.对肾错构瘤自发性破裂出血的治疗应采取积极的态度,手术为主要的治疗方法.

Diagnosis and treatment of renal angiomyolipoma with spontaneous rupture (report of 8 cases)

Objective: To study the methods for diagnosis and treatment of renal angimyolipama with spontaneous rupture. Methods: Clinical data of 8 cases with renal angiomyolipoma with spontaneous rupture were reviewed retrospectively. All the patients were examined by ultrasonography. 7 of these were examined by CT scanning. Results: All of 8 cases recovered successfully after operation. 7 cases received nephrectomy. One case received enucleation. All of the tumors diameters were over 5 cm. Conclusions: Ultrasound and CT scaning are the best diagnosis procedure and operation is the main treatment for renal angiomydipoma with spontaneous rupture.
