摘    要:目的探讨老年大鼠肺表面活性物质相关蛋白C(SP-C)的变化。方法观察老年组大鼠(26月)及青年组大鼠(3月)光镜下肺组织结构、肺组织SP-C mRNA表达。结果老年组大鼠肺泡囊扩张、肺泡腔轻度扩大。肺组织SP-C mRNA表达降低,占青年组的50%。结论老年大鼠sP-C mRNA表达下降。肺泡Ⅱ型上皮细胞可能参与了肺老化过程。

Abstract:Objective] To observe the expression of surfactant protein C (SP-C) in senile rats. Methods] We have observed the histological changes in 10 senile rats (26 months). The level of SP-C mRNA in lung tissue was measured. The values were compared with 7 young rats (3 months). Results] Both the alveolar sacs and alveolar spaces were enlarged in the senile group. Compared to the young group, the mRNA level of SP-C was decreased by 50%. Conclusions] The mRNA level of SP-C in senile rats were decreased. Alveolar type II cells may participate in the process of lung aging.
