摘    要:本文采用双侧肾动脉狭窄术(简称双肾双夹)加灌附子汤法复制高血压肝阳上亢证大鼠模型,结果显示:所有模型大鼠血压均明显升高,且不同程度出现激惹、眼结合膜充血、旋转时间明显缩短(提示头晕)及口渴、消瘦等证侯特征,并有少量动物发生出血性中风;模型大鼠血浆去甲肾上腺素(NE)、肾上腺素(E)显著升高,脑干NE明显增高,脑干5-羟色胺(5-HT)明显下降;潜阳方能明显减轻模型大鼠各种症状,降低血浆NE、E及脑

Abstract:We adopted the method of Goldblatt's 2k2c operation on rats and administering Radix Aconiti Praeparate to rats to produce the disease model of hypertensive rts with the Liver-Yang Hyperactivity Syndrome (LYHS). The results showed the levels of the blood pressure of all model rats evidently rose and presented with the symptoms such as thirsty, emaciation, redder eye, shorter spinning time (suggested dizzy), dysphoria and aggression. A few rats occurred cerebral hemorrhage; the levels of plasma NE, E and brainstem EN of the rats in model group increased significantly and contents of brainstem 5-HT remarkably reduced; Qian-Yang decoction treatment could significantly decrease the levels of plasma NE, E and brainstem NE, significantly raise the contents of brainstem 5-HT and could evidently alleviate those symptoms and lower blood pressure of model rats. It suggested that the model could show similarity with hypertensive patients with LYHS.
