清热补益中药对大鼠放射诱导损伤的肠黏膜一氧化氨水平和组织形态学变化的影响

摘    要:目的:观察清热补益中药对大鼠急性放射肠炎的小肠黏膜NO水平、每厘米绒毛数和平均绒毛高度的影响。方法,实验共分四组。36只大鼠腹部用6MV的X线单次照射1000cGy后分为三组,中药组(n=12)清热补益中药灌胃,西药组(n=12)诺氟沙星灌胃,肠炎组(n=12)生理盐水灌胃。对照组(n=12)为正方对照,未照射。结果:中药组和西药组每厘米肠绒毛数非常显著地多于肠炎组(P<0.001),平均绒毛高度也非方显著地高于肠炎组(P<0.001),但中药组和西药组之间无显著性差异。中药组和西药组肠黏膜NO浓度显著低于肠炎组(P<0.05),两组之间也无显著性差异。结论:清热补益中药使肠黏膜绒毛数量和绒毛高度非方显著地增加,这提示对放射性的肠黏膜损伤有保护和促进黏膜再生的作用;肠黏膜中NO水平降低表明清热补益中药可抑制NO的产生,减轻放射性肠炎的炎性反应。

Abstract:Objective: To investigate the effects of Chinese medicine on nitricoxide(NO) levels and morphometrics changes in intestinal mucosa after radiation-induced enteritis in rats.Methods: 48 Wistar rats were divided into four groups, 36 rats were underwent abdominal irradiation with X-rays at single dose of 1?000cGy , 12 rats were control with no irradiation. In Chinese medicine group, rats were given Chinese medicine orally for 7 days. In western medicine group, rats were given Norfioxacin orally for 7 days. The rats of enteritis and control groups were given Saline orally for 7 days. Seven days after irradiation, all animals were killed,small intestinal mucosal samples of intestinal segments were homogenized for NO concentration analysis. 2em sections of the terminal ileum were fixed in formalin for histopathological examination including the mean villous height and the number of villi/em measurements.Results: The intestinal NO concentration were significantly decreased in Chinese and western medicine groups compared with enteritis group ( P <0.05) .There were more villi in Chinese and western medicine groups compared with enteritis group ( P <0.001) .The villous height was significantly increased in in Chinese and western medicine groups compared with enteritis group ( P <0.001).There were no significant difference between Chinese and western medicine group.Conclusion: The results of this study showed that Chinese medicine could protect intestinal mucosa and accelerate mucosa healing from radiation damages, as well decrease intestinal NO concentration which might have a beneficial effect in the protection intestinal mucosa from radiation damage.
