血清瘦素/脂联素在首发精神分裂症治疗前后的变化及与疗效的相关性

目的 探析血清瘦素/脂联素在首发精神分裂症治疗前后的变化及与疗效的相关性。方法 选取2016年1月—2018年12月于皖北煤电集团总医院就诊的首发精神分裂症100例患者作为实验组，另选择同期健康志愿者50例作为对照组。收集并登记研究对象的一般资料，包括姓名、年龄、身高、体重、体重指数（BMI）等。患者服用利培酮片进行为期4周的治疗和临床观察。对两组临床资料进行比较。结果 观察组治疗后瘦素（LEP）、瘦素和脂联素的比值（L/A）、BMI及腰臀比指数（WHR）较治疗前升高，脂联素（APN）较治疗前降低（P <0.05）。观察组治疗后阳性与阴性症状量表（PANSS）评分较治疗前低（P <0.05）。LEP与PANSS评分呈负相关（r =-0.260，P <0.05），APN与PANSS呈正相关（r =0.340，P <0.05），L/A与PANSS呈负相关（r =-0.690，P <0.05），BMI与WHR呈正相关（r =0.430，P <0.05）。结论 首发精神分裂症治疗后L/A较治疗前高，且与药物疗效呈负相关。

The change of serum leptin/adiponectin ratio before and after treatment of first-episode schizophrenia and its correlation with treatment response

Objective To investigate the change of serum leptin/adiponectin (L/A) ratio before and after treatment of first-episode schizophrenia and its correlation with treatment response.Methods A total of 100 patients with first-episode schizophrenia in our hospital from January 2016 to December 2018 were enrolled as the experimental group, and 50 healthy people during the same period were chosen as the control group. The general information about the selected subjects were collected and registered, including name, age, height, weight, and body mass index (BMI). Patients in the experimental group were treated with risperidone tablets and observed for 4 weeks, and they were tested for serum leptin (LEP) and adiponectin (APN) levels before and after four weeks of the treatment. These indicators of individuals in the control group were also detected on the following day after enrollment. Correlation between L/A ratio and Positive and Negative Syndrome Scale (PANSS) scores was analyzed.Results After 4 weeks of risperidone treatment, serum LEP level, L/A ratio, BMI and waist-to-hip ratio (WHR) increased, but serum APN level and PANSS scores decreased in the experimental group (P <0.05). Serum LEP level (r = -0.26, P = 0.009) and L/A ratio (r = -0.69, P = 0.000) were negatively correlated with PANSS scores, while serum APN level was positively correlated with PANSS scores (r = 0.34, P = 0.015). Besides, BMI was positively correlated with WHR (r = 0.43, P = 0.000).Conclusions The serum L/A ratio increases after treatment in patients with first-episode schizophrenia and shows a negative correlation with the efficacy of drug therapy.
