| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨大黄和早期肠内营养（EN）对重症胰腺炎（SP）病程的影响。方法：对重症胰腺炎保守治疗者在入院后即刻，急诊手术者术后24h经鼻空肠管或空肠造瘘管内注入大黄，蓖麻油，蕃泻叶，并对肠功能恢复者早期实施肠内营养。结果：患者在实施上述方案后，腹胀缓解，全身中毒症状减轻，胰腺感染率，并发症，死亡率下降，住院天数和住院费用减少。结论：大黄和早期肠内营养对重症胰腺炎早期减少菌群移位，晚期减少胰腺感染和提高治愈率等方面有重要意义。

| Abstract: | Objective:To study the safety and efficacy of combined use of rhubarb and enteral nutrition (EN) in severe pancreatitis(SP).Methods:Rhubarb was used for the non-operative and postoperative patients,and early enteral nutrition was used after resumption of intestinal function.The incidence of serious complications,mortality,curative effect and costs were compared between rhubarb EN group and control group.Results:In rhubarb EN group,there were less complications,obvious improvement of nutritional condition,shorter time in hosital and lower spending.Conclusions:It is safe and efficient to carry out the combined use of rhubarb and EN in patients with SP. |
