| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨阿奇霉素不良反应的规律和特点。方法 对164例阿奇霉素不良反应报告进行分析。结果 阿奇霉素的主要不良反应是胃肠道系统损害和皮疹；其他还有过敏性休克、循环系统损害、泌尿系统损害等说明书上未提及的不良反应。结论 合理使用能够减少其不良反应的发生。

| Abstract: | Objective] To investigate the rule and characteristics of the adver se drug reactions(ADR) of Azithro- mycin. Methods] An analysis was conducted on 164 reports of adverse drug reactions resulted from Azithromycin. Results] The main ADR of Azithromycin were gastro-intestinal disorders , rash and anaphy lactic shock, cardiovascular disorders, urinary system disorders which the direc tion had not mentioned. Conclusion] Rational use of Azithromycin can reduce A DRS. |
