| 摘 要： | 目的 :探讨恶性肿瘤患者免疫功能变化及意义。方法 :利用流式细胞仪 ,采用双色免疫荧光法测定 31例恶性肿瘤患者T淋巴细胞亚群及NK细胞水平。结果 :恶性肿瘤患者CD3 、CD4 明显低于对照组 (P <0 .0 1) ;CD 8较对照稍有升高 ,无统计学意义 ;CD4 /CD8 比值明显降低 (P <0 .0 1) ;NK细胞水平明显降低(P <0 .5 )。结论 :恶性肿瘤患者普遍存在免疫功能低下 ,建议在肿瘤治疗过程中定期观察其免疫功能状态 ,以及早发现肿瘤转移及复发

| Abstract: | Objective:To determine the immune functions in cancer patients and the clinical significance.Methods:The levels of T-cell subgroup and NK cell in 31 patients with cancer and 20 controls were investigated by flow cytometer.Results:The levels of CD3, CD4 and the ratio of CD4/CD8 in cancer patients were significantly lower than those in controls ( P <0.01),the level of NK cell in cancer patients was also lower than that in controls( P < 0.5 ),but the level of CD8 was higher in patients than that in controls without significance.Conclusions:The cytoimmunity functions in cancer patients were significantly decreased.It is valuable to increase the immune function during treatments.Monitoring the levels of T-cell subgroup and NK cell may be useful to finding cancer transfer and relapse. |
