| 摘 要： | 目的探讨纤维支气管镜引导经鼻气管插管抢救呼吸衰竭的临床应用价值.方法采用纤维支气管镜引导经鼻气管插管,经口采用喉镜直视插管.结果经鼻组在插管成功率、插管成功时间、留置时间及好转方面均优于经口组,并有统计学意义.结论纤维支气管镜引导经鼻气管插管能提高插管成功率及抢救成功率.

| Abstract: | Objectives To study the clinical value of pernasal tracheal intubation guided by fiberbronchoscope to rescue respiratory failure. The patients were divided into two groups. In penasal group, tracheal intubation was guided by Fiberbronchoscope.In preoral group,it was operated under direct viscion by largngoscope. The clinical effects of pernasal group were better than that of peroral group in respects of intubation successful rate, intubation time, retaining time and ymptom improvement. And there was statistical significance. Conclusions] Pernasal tracheal intubation guided by fiberbronchoscope can elevate the intubation successful rate and rescue suceddful rate. |
