| 摘 要： | 目的 观察手术治疗累及后关节面的跟骨骨折效果。方法 对20例23足波及后关节面的跟骨骨折行切开复位AO跟骨钢板固定。结果 20足经随访，优良率85％。结论 手术是治疗累及后关节面跟骨骨折的一种有效可行方法。

| Abstract: | objective] To observe the clinical effect of operative treatment of calcaneus fracture involved posterior articular surface. Methods] 20 patients, 23 feet with ealeaneus fracture involved posterior articular surface were treated with open reduction, fixation with AO-ealeaneus plate. Results] 20 feet were followed up The excellent and good rate was 85%. Conclusion] The operative treatment is an effective and practical method to treat ealeaneus fracture involved posterior articular surface. |
