| 摘 要： | 目的：研究新型具有多重药理作用的血管活性药物－赛莱乐治疗急性脑梗死的对照研究。方法：33例急性脑梗死患人予赛莱乐静滴治疗14d，并设对照组，分别观察治疗前后脑座中患独临床神经功能缺损程度评发，并测定血液流变学。结果：赛莱乐的总有效率和显效率分别为90．95和75．8％，明显优于对照组的74．2％，54．8％（P＜0．05）。结论：赛莱乐能改善缺血性脑组织的血供，能抑制血栓形成，防止梗死灶进一步发展，疗效显著，使用安全。

| Abstract: | Objective:To study the therapeutic effects of buflomedil a new vasomotor of several kinds of pharmacological effects in treating acute cerebral infarction. Methods: Thirty-three patients with acuted cerebral infarction treated with buflomedilthrough intravenous drip for 14 days,and the compared group was establisthed. The changes in total score of neurological functionaldamage were observed and the hemorheology was surveyed in the patients before and after treatment. Results: The total clinical effective rate and the remarkable effective rate in patients treated with bufiomedil(90.9％ ,75.8％, respectively) were greater than thoseof control(74.2％ ,54.8％ ,respectively)(P＜0.05). Conclusions:Buflomedil is a safe and effective drug in treating patients with acute cerebral infarction. |
