哮喘患儿发作与缓解期血清IL-12,IL-4及IgE水平变化及意义

目的 :检测哮喘患儿发作与缓解期血清IL - 12、IL - 4及IgE值 ,并和正常小儿作比较 ,研究之间关系及其临床意义。方法 :选择符合哮喘诊断标准发作期患儿 2 5例 ,缓解期 11例 ,同龄健康小儿 2 0例作对照。取静脉血检测血清IL - 12、IL - 4及IgE。结果 :发作期IL - 12值明显下降 ,与缓解期比较有显著差异。缓解期值上升和对照组比较无显著差异性。发作期患儿IL - 4值明显升高 ,与缓解期比较差异性显著 ,缓解期其值虽有下降但和对照组比较仍有差异性。发作期患儿IgE值明显升高 ,缓解期值比较差异性显著 ,和IL - 12值呈负相关 ,与IL - 4呈正相关。结论 :哮喘发作存在TH1细胞功能不足 ,TH2 细胞功能亢进。TH1/TH2 暂时失调。发作期提高IL - 12值使TH1/TH2 比例平衡是治疗哮喘的新方向。

CHANGES OF IL-4,IL-12 AND IgE IN SERUM OF PATIENTS WITH ASTHMA AT STAGE OF EPISODE OR REMISSION

Objective:To investigate the levels of serum IL-12,IL-4 and IgE of the patients with asthma at stage of episode or remission. Methods: The serum IL-12, IL-4 and IgE were measured by ELISA in 25 cases of asthma at stage of episode and 11 cases of asthma at stage of remission and 20 healthy children as control. Results:The levels of serum IL-12 at stage of episode were significantly lower than those at stage of remission. There was no significant difference between the levels of serum IL-12 at stage of remission and those of control.The levels of serum IL-4 at stage of episode were significantly higher than those at stage of remission. But the levels of serum IL-4 at stage of remission were still higher than those of control significantly. The serum IgE levels of patients at stage of episode were significantly higher than those at stage of remission. The relationship between IgE and IL-12 was a negative correlation and the relationship between IgE and IL-4 was a positive correlation. Conclusions:There are decrease of function of TH_1,increase of function of TH_2 and imbalance of TH_1/TH_2 in the period of episode.It will be a new method used to treat asthma that increasing the level of serum IL-12 at stage of episode.
