| 摘 要： | 目的 检测慢性乙型肝炎 (CHB)患者血清可溶性选择素E(sE -selectin)水平变化规律并探讨其临床意义。方法 采用ELISA法对慢性乙型病毒性肝病患者血清sE -selectin进行测定。结果 慢性肝病患者血清sE -selectin水平明显高于健康对照组 (P <0 .0 0 1) ,且与ALT、TBil含量呈正相关 ,与ALB呈负相关。结论 E -selectin可能参与了慢性肝病损伤过程 ,检测sE -selectin水平对判断肝炎损伤程度和预后有重要临床价值。 |

| Abstract: | Objective:To observe relationship between sE-selectin level changes in sera of the patients with chronic hepatitis B and clinical significance.Methods:The sE-selectin level in sera of the patients with chronic hepatitis B were detected by ELISA.Results:The sE-selectin level in the sera of the patients with chronic hepatitis B were significantly higher than those of healthy groups. The sE-selectin level had a parallel relationship with ALT and Tbil levels respectively and had a negative parallel relationship with ALB.Conclusion:The E-selectin maybe particpate in liver inflammatory injury process. The variation of serum sE-selectin level has some clinical significance in evaluating the degree of liver damage and prognosis of liver disease. |
