胃异位胰腺的诊治方法分析(附26例报告)

目的：探讨提高胃异位胰腺诊断的准确率的方法及合理的治疗手段。方法：对该院自1992—2002年26例胃异位胰腺病人的临床表现、影像学检查和手术治疗效果进行回顾性总结和分析。结果：胃钡餐造影、胃镜、超声内镜(UES)以及内镜和超声内镜联合检出率分别为3．8％，7．6％，11．5％和19．3％。术后随访完全治愈率80．8％，缓解率88．5％。结论：内镜和超声内镜联合应用诊断价值较高。对有症状的胃异位胰腺患者手术效果满意。

DIAGNOSIS AND TREATMENT OF GASTRIC HETEROTOPIA PANCREAS:A REPORT OF 26 CASES

Objective: To detemine the diagnosis accurate rate and reasonable therapeutic tool of gastric heterotopia pancreas. Methods: A total of 26 cases of gastric heterotopia pancreas confirmed by pathogenesis were treated in our department. We retrospectively analyzed the major clinical situation and imaging examination and results of operation. Results: The final diagnosis of gastric barium meal , gastroscope, ultrasonic endoscope and endoscope union ultrasonic endoscope was 3.8%, 7.6%, 11.5% and 19.3%. The cure rate of operation was 80.8%, the remission rate was 88.5%. Conclusion:Endoscope union ultrasonic endoscope is of great value in diagnosis of gastric heterotopia pancreas. Cases of gastric heterotopia pancreas with systoms should be surgically treated and the results is satisfactory.
