血消化液琼脂淋球菌选择培养基的实验研究

为了经济、简便、准确地分离淋球菌 ,研制了一种血消化液选择培养基。方法 :用该培养基、普通巧克力培养基和英国Oxoid公司生产的T -M三种培养基同时分离培养 6 6份经涂片初步诊断为急性淋病的病人标本。结果 :血消化液和T -M二种选择培养基分离淋球菌阳性率均为 95 .6 % ,符合率为 10 0 % ,明显高于普通巧克力培养基 (6 3.6 % ) ,差异有显著性 (χ2 =19.0 4 ,P <0 .0 1)。结论 :血消化液选择培养基分离淋球菌具有经济、简便、分离率高等优点 ,是一种较理想的培养基。

EXPERIMENTAL RESEARCH ON ISOLATING GONOCOCCUS BY BLOOD- DIGESTED AGAR SELECTIVE MEDIUM

Objective:To determine the method of isolating N.gonococcus by blood-digested selective medium.Methods:Our culture medium together with Oxoid's T-M selective medium and traditional chocolate selective medium were applied to detect secretions from 66 acute gonorrhoeaes.Results:The positive rate of gonococcus with traditional chocolate selective medium was 63.2%,and gonococcus growed slowly;the positive rate of gonococcus with blood-digested selective medium was 95.6% and completely accorded with that of Oxiod's T-M selective medium.There was no significant difference of cluster number between blood-digested selective medium and T-M selective medium,and gonococcus growed rapidly and showed a characteristic cluster shape.The difference between traditional chocolate selective medium and blood-digested selective medium or T-M selective medium was significant ( P <0.01).Conclusion:The results indicate that blood-digested culture medium has advantages of correctness,economy and simplicity and is a kind of ideal culture medium of isolating gonococcus.
