摘    要:目的探讨慢性肾脏疾病患者外周血T淋巴细胞亚群的变化.方法66例慢性肾脏疾病患者测定外周血T淋巴细胞亚群(CD4、CD8、CSD4/CD8)、血清总蛋白(TP)、血清白蛋白(Al)、血清尿素氮(BUN)、血清肌酐(Scr)、血清甘油三酯(TG)、血清胆固醇(CHO)和24 h尿蛋白定量(Pr/24 h).结果:慢性肾脏疾病组CD4(P<0.05)、CD4/CD8、TP、Al(P<0.001)均低于正常对照组,而CD8、BUN、Scr(P<0.05)、Pr/24h(P<0.01)均高于正常对照组.CD8与Scr呈明显负相关(P<0.01).而CD4、CD4/CD8与Scr无明显相关性(P>0.05),CD4、CD8、CD4/CD8与Pr/24h、TP、Al、BUN、TG、CHO无明显相关性(P>0.05).结论慢性肾脏疾病患者存在T细胞功能紊乱,其与肾功能呈负相关,但与肾脏病患者尿蛋白排泄无明显相关性.

Abstract:Objective:To investigate the changes in T lymphocyte subsets of peripheral blood in patients with chronic renal diseases.Methods:In 66 patients with chronic renal diseases, biotin-streptavidin-peroxidase was used to T lymphocyte subsets(CD4,CD8,CD4/CD8),and the levels of serum blood total protein (TP),albumin(A1), urea nitrogen(BUN),creatinine (Scr), triglyceride (TG),Cholesterol(CHO),total urine protein per 24 hours(Pr/24 h), et al.were assayed and then analyzed with statistics.Results:The levels of CD4(P<0.05),CD4/CD8,TP and Al(P<0.01) in chronic renal disease group were all lower than those of the normal compared group, the levels of CD8,BUN, Scr(P<0.05) and Pr/24 h(P<0.01) were all higher than those of normal subjects. In the chronic renal disease group, Scr was negatively correlated with CD8(P<0.01), and not significantly correlated with CD4 and CD4/CD8(P> 0.05),there was no significant correlation between CD4,CD8,CD4/CD8 and Pr/24 h,TP,Al,BUN,TG CHO(P> 0.05).Conclusions:Immune disorder is present in the peripheral blood of chronic renal disease patients,which is negatively correlated with renal functions but not significantly correlated with the excretion of urine protein.
