| 摘 要： | 目的探讨一次性根管治疗法在急性牙髓炎急救治疗中的疗效.方法将89例急性牙髓炎患者随机分成两组,分别采用一次性根管治疗法和常规治疗处理急性牙髓炎,比较两组的疗效.结果两组成功率分别为91.3%和93.0%,两组无显著性差异(P＞0.05).并发急性根尖周炎分别为4例和3例.充填后24 h内并发疼痛经口服强的松和抗生素治愈的分别为8例和4例.结论一次性根管治疗法在急性牙髓炎的急救治疗中有效.

| Abstract: | Objective: To investigate the effect of one-appointment root canal therapy in the emergent treatment of acute pulpitis. Methods: 89 cases with acute pulpitis were randomly divided into two groups. Two groups were treated by the one-appointment root canal therapy and the conventional treatment respectively. Results: The rate of success in two groups were 91.3% and 93.0%. There was no significant deference. 4 cases of complicated acute apical periodontitis happened in the one-appointment root canal therapy group and 3 cases in the conventional treatment group.8 cases of complicated pain happened in one-appoitment not canal therapy and 4 in conventional treatment within 24 hours after root canal therapy, all of them were cured by taking prednisone and antibiotic. Conclusion: The one-appointment root canal therapy was effective in the emergent treatment of acute pulpitis. |
