| 摘 要： | 目的探讨白果对哮喘小鼠血清中白细胞介素4(IL-4)的作用.方法BALB/C小鼠经鸡卵蛋白免疫建立哮喘模型,并于激发前1 h腹腔注射0.1%白果注射液0.15ml,通过ELISA法检测血清中IL-4的含量.结果致敏组小鼠血清中IL-4水平高于正常对照组(P＜0.05);治疗组小鼠血清中IL-4水平较致敏组低(P＜0.05).结论白果注射液可降低哮喘小鼠血清中IL-4水平,是一种值得进一步探讨的平喘中药.

| Abstract: | Objective: To explore the effect of Ginkgo on serum interleukin-4 (IL-4) of asthmatic mice. Methods: The asthmatic models of BALB/C mice were established by immunization with ovalbumin (OVA). Ginkgo solution (0.1%, 0.15 ml) was given by abdominal injection 1 hour before being excited. The content of serum IL-4 was measured by ELISA. Results: The level of serum IL-4 was higher in sensitized group than that in control group (P <0.05). The serum IL-4 level in treatment group was lower than that in sensitized group (P <0.05). Conclusions: Ginkgo solution could reduce the level of serum IL-4 in asthmatic mice and is a kind of anti-asthmatic traditional Chinese medicine worth exploring. |
