| 摘 要： | 目的总结肺曲霉菌病的外科治疗经验。方法回顾分析11例采用外科手术治疗的肺曲霉菌病的临床资料和随访结果。结果全组11例中，仅3例无原发病，8例有原发病，术前诊断符合率为27．3％，全组无手术死亡，随访4个月-4年无肺曲霉病复发和播散。结论手术治疗肺曲霉菌病能消除症状，预防咯血复发，可延长患者生命，一旦确诊应积极手术治疗。

| Abstract: | Objective The purpose of this study was to report the results of surgical treatment of pulmonary aspergilloma in 11consecutive patients using surgical treatment. Methods Preoperative studies also included pulmonary function tests for all patients. Surgical intervention was systematic,for treatment or diagnostic purposes.
