| 摘 要： | 目的采取“对症用药、辅助心理指导和社区随访追踪治疗”的综合治疗方法治疗颅脑外伤后综合征患者并观察其疗效。方法180例确诊的颅脑外伤后综合征患者，随机分为普通治疗组和综合治疗组，前者采用对症用药以及简单的病情解释，后者采取对症用药、辅助心理指导和社区随访追踪治疗。结果颅脑外伤后综合征患者在治疗过程中均存在不同的心理问题。普通治疗组和综合治疗组的治疗结果比较，差异有显著性（P〈0．05）。结论“对症用药、辅助心理指导和社区随访追踪治疗”的治疗策略为治疗颅脑外伤后综合征患者的好方法。
