| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨腹部非胃手术后胃排空障碍的临床原因及治疗方法。方法 对近5年诊治11例施行腹部非胃部手术后发生胃排空障碍的病人进行回顾性分析。结果 11例均经非手术治疗痊愈。结论 采用非手术治疗一般均可治愈，治疗和预防应并重。
