摘    要:目的 :观察颈中、下交感神经节阻滞对大脑中动脉血流力学的影响。方法 :采用颅多普勒超声 (TCD)脑血流分析技术测定颈中、下交感神经节阻滞前后大脑中动脉 (MCA)平均血流速度 (Vm)。结果 :发现两组行一侧 (左侧 )交感神经阻滞后MCAVm均显著增高 (左侧P <0 .0 1 ,右侧P <0 .0 5)。结论 :对于脑缺血性疾病 ,操作方便 ,安全的颈中交感神经节阻滞 (MCGB)可代替传统的星状神经节阻滞 (SGB)。

Abstract:Objective:To investigate the changes in hemodynamics of middle cerebral arteries (MCA) after middle and inferior cervical ganglion blockade. Method:Mean velocity (Vm) in MCA were measured using transcranial doppler (TCD) before and after middle or inferior left cervical ganglion blockade.Result: MCA Vm in two groups were all increased after unilateral blockade (left P <0.01,right P <0.05).Conclusions:To the treatment of ischemic cranial-face vascular disease,the conventional stellate ganglion blockade could be substituted by simpler and safer middle cervical ganglion blockade
