| 摘 要： | 目的借助微卫星具有的多态性和引物通用性的特点，寻找东方田鼠的微卫星引物。方法用数据库搜索法及生物信息学分析原理，并用PCR法证实这些微卫星引物的存在。结果初步筛选出D2mgh10、D1mgh12、D2mit16具有东方田鼠微卫星序列特点。结论表明异种微卫星引物可在东方田鼠转移使用。

| Abstract: | Objective To search microsatellite primer according to polymorphism of microsatellite and the common characteristics of primers.Method According to the principle of bioinformatics,the microsatellite primer of microtus fortis was searched in homology analysis of the database from Rat Map and confirmed in PCR.Results The microsatellite primer D2mgh10,D1mgh12,D2mit16 were screened out and found to have sequence homology at microsatellite in microtus fortis.Conclusion Some microsatellites from rat and mice are ... |
