| 摘 要： | 目的探讨电离子联合场凝固治疗痔的疗效.方法采用双极钳的场致凝固功能使痔核发白凝固,然后用电离子切割、气化已凝固的痔核.结果83例中治愈80例,治愈率96.4%,好转3例,好转率3.6%,有效率100%;术后无继发性出血和感染.结论联合应用电离子和场凝固治疗痔操作简单,安全有效,费用低,术后并发症少,值得推广应用.

| Abstract: | Objective: To discuss a new combined procedure of electric ion and field concreation for treatment of the hemorrhoid.Methods: To apply the electric capacity field produced by the bipolar forceps make the haemorrhoids become white and concretion. Then using the electric ion incises and gasifies the haemorrhoids it was already concretion.Results: Among 83patients, 80 cases were clinical cured(96.4%), 3 cases got improvement (3.6%), effective rate was lO0%;No complication of secondary bleeding and infection occured after operation. Conclusions: Combined application of electric ion and the field concretion in treating hemorrhoid which is a safe ,simple,effective and cheap operation. This operation should be used widely in clinical practice. |
