多个癌基因的蛋白表达对乳腺癌的预后意义评价

目的 :评估C -erbB - 2 ,P2 7及E -cadherin(E -cad)癌基因在乳腺癌中的预后意义。方法 :以免疫组化法检测 6 0例乳腺癌组织C -erbB - 2 ,P2 7及E -cad蛋白表达水平 ,并与患者 10年生存率关系进行单因素和多因素分析。结果 :单因素分析显示 ,C -erbB - 2 ,P2 7及E -cad是影响患者 10年生存率的预后因素 ,但多因素分析表明 ,仅C -erbB - 2可作为乳腺癌的独立预后指标 (P <0 .0 5 )。分析不同表型的乳腺癌患者生存情况 ,显示C -erbB - 2 (高 ) /P2 7(低 ) ,P2 7(低 ) /E -cad(低 ) ,E -cad(低 ) /C -erbB - 2 (高 )表型的患者预后最差 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :综合评估C -erbB - 2 ,P2 7及E -cad对判断乳腺癌的预后具有一定意义 ,而C -erbB -2可能是更有价值的独立预后指标。

EVALUATION OF SEVERAL GENES EXPRESSION AT PROTEIN LEVEL IN THE PROGNOSIS OF BREAST CANCER

Objective:To evaluate the expressiomn of C-erbB-2, P27 and E-cadherin (E-cad) in the prognosis of breast cancer.Methods:C-erbB-2, P27 and E-cad expression at protein level were determined by immunohistochemical technique in 60 patients with breast cancer, and they were evaluated prognostically.Results:Univariate analysis showed that the prognostic factors influencing 10-year overall survival rate were C-erbB-2, P27 and E-cad. Multivariate analysis demonstrated that C-erbB-2 was the sole independent prognostic factor determining 10-year survival. Different expression analysis showed that C-erbB-2 (H)/P27 (L), P27(L)/E-cad(L), E-cad(L)/C-erbB-2 (H) were the worst in the prognosis of the patients.Conclusions:C-erbB-2, P27 and E-cad expression had certain significance in evaluating prognosis of breast cancer,while C-erbB-2 is the most meaningful and independent prognostic factor.
