| 摘 要： | 目的对SD大鼠肺炎链球菌致病进行观察。方法通过流行病学观察、临床症状观察、病理组织检查、微生物学检查，观察了大鼠肺炎链球菌致病的情况。结果大鼠肺炎链球菌致病SD大鼠食欲减退、精神不振、鼻孔带血和呼吸困难；慢性间质性肺炎、肺气肿；呼吸道细菌培养出肺炎链球菌。结论成功地观察了SD大鼠肺炎链球菌致病的情况。

| Abstract: | Objective:To observe the disease of SD rat caused by streptococcus pneumoniae.Methods:Epidemic characteristics,clinic symptoms and pathologic examination were used.Results:The infected rats had anorexia,psy-chasthenic,nose bleeding and difficult breathing;chronic interstitial pneumonia,pulmonary emphysema were mani-fested;the bacterial culture of secretion from respiratory tract was positive.Conclusions:We have successfully ob-served the SD rat infected by streptococcus pneumoniae. |
