腹部多器官移植术式及技术的比较研究

目的应用显微外科技术,对腹部多器官移植的不同术式进行比较研究.方法 60只SD大鼠,随机分成A,B,C三组,分别行不同术式的多器官移植手术,对手术的难易程度、成功率、术后生存率及并发症的发生率等进行比较.结果 A组手术成功率为40%,B组为50%,C组为80%.C组与A组或B组的比较效果显著(P＜0.05).术后1周生存率A,B,C组分别为50%(2/4),60%(3/5)和75%(6/8).C组较A组和B组比较差异有显著性(P＜0.05).结论 C组术式行腹部多器官移植效果较好.

Comparison study of operation style and technique in abdominal multivisceral transplantation

Objective: To study the different operation style and the techniques in the abdominal multivisceral transplantation, by using microsurgical techniques. Methods: 60 SD rats were divided randomly into A, B and C groups. In each group, the abdominal multivisceral transplantation was performed in its own way. The difficulties of the operations, the success rates of the operation, the survival and the complications after the operation were compared among the groups. Results: In group C, the success rate of the operation is 80% compared with 40% of the group A and 50% of group B (P <0.05). The survival rates after one week of the operation in group A, B and C were respectively 50% (2/4), 60% (3/5) and 75% (6/8). Conclusion: The operation method in group C is better than the method being used in group A and group B.
