摘    要:目的探讨CT评价肝癌动脉化疗栓塞治疗价值。方法应用螺旋CT观察78例肝癌患者,所有患者都采用超选择肝动脉化疗栓塞,栓塞剂为碘油,术后1—3个月复查CT。结果肿瘤栓塞术后肿瘤供血动脉中断使大部分肿瘤出现坏死及缩小,1、2、3个月时分别复查CT肿瘤缩小率为62.1%、41.3%及25%,临床症状明显减轻或消失。结论CT对无创性观察肝动脉栓塞术前后肿瘤变化及效果,对术前诊断、术后疗效观察以及临床选择治疗方法等具有重要意义。

Abstract:Objective To discuss therapeutic value of chemotherapeutic for arterial embolism cancer by CT. Method 78 patients of cancer were observed by screw CT,all patients adop of the liver over selective chemotherapyt embolism of liver artery,using I oil as embolism agent,and were checked with CT one-three months after operation.
