过敏性疾病患者血清吸入和食入性过敏原IgE结果分析

目的 了解北京地区支气管哮喘发病与外源性过敏原的相关性，有效预防哮喘发作。方法 分别观测160例支气管哮喘患者和58例慢性气管炎病人的IVT701和IVT702试剂盒检试的体外过敏原。结果 支气管哮喘阳检率达73．3％，其中吸入组以螨、霉、蒿等为高，食入组以虾蟹为高。结论 哮喘病因复杂，不同人不同触发因素。螨、霉、蒿、虾蟹为我市哮喘的多种触发因素，回避上述触发因素是治疗和预防哮喘的好办法。

Analysis on the IgE of inspiration or intake allergen in patients with allergic disease

Objective] To study relationship between the onset of patients with Asthma and aerallergens in Beijing to prevent attack from Asthma. Methods] Serum allergen-specific IgE were measured by IVT701 and/or IVT702 test box in 160 patients with Asthma and in 58 patients with chronic bronchitis. Results] The postive rates of Asthma patients reach to 73.3%. The most allergen of inspiration group are dustmite, mold, artemisia pollen and are shrimp, crab in intake group. Conclusion] The reason of Asthma is complicated. The allergen is different in different patients with Asthma. There arc several allergens inducing Asthma attack in Beijing, such as dustmite, mold, artemisia pollen, shrimp, crab. The best way of preventing and treating Asthma attack is to avoid these allergens.
