奥曲肽和垂体后叶素联用硝酸甘油治疗食管静脉曲张破裂出血的临床对照

目的 :探讨奥曲肽与垂体后叶素联用硝酸甘油治疗肝硬化食管静脉曲张破裂出血的临床疗效。方法 :将病入随机分为两组 ,分别给予奥曲肽和垂体后素联用硝酸甘油治疗 ,通过胃管抽吸胃内容物 ,观察止血情况并记录药物的不良反应。结果 :奥曲肽组止血率略高于垂体后叶素组 ,两组均无严重不良药物反应。结论 :奥曲肽和垂体后叶素联用硝酸甘油均能有效 ,快速控制食道静脉曲张破裂出血。

A Clinical Comparative Study on the Treatment Effect of Esophageal Varies Bleeding with Cteotide or Pituitfin Combined with Carbonite

Objective:To approach the clinical effect of the treatment that octeotide or pituitfin combining carbonite to therapy cirrhosis esophageal varices bleeding.Methods:Dividing randomly the patients into two groups: disting wishing to be treated by octeotide or pituitrin combining carbonite prumping the contented edible in the stomach through stomachic tube, observing hemostatic condition and recording the medical dys-unction.Results:Hemostafic rate of octeotide was higher than that of pituitrin. There were not severe poor medical reaction in both two groups.Conclusions: Octreofide or pituitrin combining carbonite all can effectively and rapidly control the esophagesl variceal bleeding.
