单壁碳纳米管/羟基磷灰石复合骨材料的制备、微观结构及力学性能分析

摘    要:目的制备单壁碳纳米管/羟基磷灰石(SWNT/Hap)新型复合骨材料,解决传统支撑骨材料的力学性能缺陷。方法采用原位合成的方法制备SWNT/HAp纳米粒子及其复合材料。并通过红外吸收光谱(IR)和扫描电子显微镜(SEM)观察等方法测试制备效果,并评价复合骨材料的力学性能。结果SWNT/HAp复合骨材料的抗弯强度最大增幅将近50%,达到73MPa;而断裂韧性的最大提高幅度达到3倍,达到2.6MP·am1/2。结论各种检测手段表明制备的SWNT/HAp符合骨材料要求,力学性能有显著提高,满足支撑骨架的抗弯强度及断裂韧性方面的要求。

Abstract:Objective] To prepare single wall nanotube / hydroxyapatite (SWNT/HAp) nanoparticle bone cement, in order to satisfy mechanical needs of shoring bones. Methods] In situ synthesis was applied to prepare SWNT/Hap nanoparticles, which were then studied in terms of infrared spectrogram (IR), scanning electron microscope (SEM) observation, and mechanical properties. Results] Bending strength of SWNT/Hap nanoparticle bone cement increased by 50% maximum, and reached 73 MPa. Its fracture toughness was improved by almost 300% and reached 2.6 MPa.m1/2. Conclusion] SWNT/HAp nanoparticle bone cement has better mechanical properties, in terms of bending strength and fracture toughness, than conventional hydroxyapatite bone cement.
