| 摘 要： | 将外源基因导入真核细胞的方法很多。我们通过对绿色荧光蛋白(GFP)报告基因在真核细胞中表达的研究，比较了较常用的两种方法一脂质体转染法和磷酸钙转染法。研究结果表明：脂质体转染法的转染效率较磷酸钙转染法高，且简单易行，是外源基因导人体外培养细胞内较理想的方法。

| Abstract: | To compare the different methods of lipofection with calcium phosphate,we used them to transfer the GFP report gene into HeLa cell line and the results of the number of fluorescent cells showed that the lipofection is an more ideal method for introduction of foreign gene into the eukaryotic cells because of its higher efficiency and simple operation. |
