IVC笼盒常用两种消毒剂毒性比较

目的对常用过氧乙酸和二氯异氰尿酸钠两种消毒剂毒性进行毒理学评价，检验其使用的安全性。方法采用急性、亚急性动物毒性试验方法，对一些毒理学试验结果进行比较。结果过氧乙酸和二氯异氰尿酸钠半数致死量（LD50）试验均属低毒；2g/L过氧乙酸对动物皮肤无刺激，对眼睛有轻度刺激；以112mg/L有效氯溶液对豚鼠皮肤有轻度刺激性；3种剂量诱导小鼠骨髓嗜多染红细胞（PCE）微核细胞率与阴性对照组比较差异无显著性（P〉0.05），对小鼠PCE无诱变作用；对小鼠精子无致畸作用（P〉0.05）。结论过氧乙酸和二氯异氰尿酸钠两种消毒剂属于低毒级物质，在一般消毒使用浓度下具有较好的使用安全性。

Toxicity of Peracetic Acid and Sodium Dichloroisocyanurate Disinfectant

Objective In order to evaluate the safety of use of per acetic acid(PAA)and sodium dichloroisocyanurate (ACL-60)toxicity. Method To Ccompare the results of acute and subacute toxicity test. Result The results of acute oral LD50 showed that PAA and ACL-60 are of low toxicity grade. PAA and ACL-60 disinfectants could cause moderate irritation to animal skin and eye, and 2 g/L peracetic acid was non-irritative to animal skin and slightly irritative to the eye. 112 mg/L ACL-60 could cause moderate irritation to Guinea pig skin. The rates of PCE micronuclear cells induced by 3 dosage were not significantly different from that of negative control group (P>0.05). Conclusion peracetic acid and sodium dichloroisocyanurate are mildly toxic and can be considered as safe disinfectant commonly used at low concentration.
