糖尿病动物模型及研究进展

糖尿病是一种常见的具有遗传倾向的葡萄糖代谢和内分泌障碍，是由于绝对性或相对性胰岛素分泌不足引起的，近半个世纪来，糖尿病患病率和死亡率有明显上升趋势，在我国已成为继心血管疾病、肿瘤之后列第三位的常见病、多发病和慢性非传染性疾病。本文就各种类型的糖尿病动物模型进行了综述。

Advance in Diabetes Animal Models

Diabetes mellitus is a common genetic glucose metabolic and endocrinal disturbance caused by insulin deficiency absolutely or relatively. In the last half century, diabetes has the increasing rates of morbidity and mortality, and has become the third common, frequently occurring and chronic noninfectious disease after cardiovascular disease and cancer. Along with the research and production of diabetes drugs, the animal models are well developed.
