恒河猴B病毒阳性率随季节变化的研究

目的 研究恒河猴BV感染率随季节变化的增长规律。方法 采用BV全病毒为抗原的ELISA试剂盒对两批离乳后群养的54只恒河猴仔猴每月采血检测BV感染情况，连续检测13个月。结果 12月、1月、2月、3月、4月B病毒阳性猴数量相对增加较明显，其他月份BV阳性猴数量相对稳定。结论 BV的感染受季节影响，春季BV的感染率相对较高，可在高发季节加强有关的预防措施或调控可改变的环境因素，降低BV的感染，提高猴群质量。

The research on B virus positive ratio of rhesus monkey changing with seasons

Objective To investigate the B virus infection rates in rhesus macaques changing with seasons. Methods B virus antigen ELISA kit was used to detect B virus antibody of 54 weanling rhesus macaques for 13 consecutive months. Results In December, January, February, March and April, the number of B virus positive monkey is increased significantly, and in other months the number of B virus positive monkey is relatively stable. Conclusion B virus infection is affected by the seasons, in spring B virus infection rates is higher, that can strengthen the precautions or regulate environmental factors in high seasons to reduce B virus infection and improve the monkeys quality.
