清洁级动物实验设施的改造和集中管理模式的建立

为了提高科研水平和产品检验的可信度，有效地利用有限的面积，为更多的科研、检定项目服务，中国预防医学科学院通过招标设计施工单位，听取实验动物专家意见，监督设计施工质量，建立起符合国家标准的500m^2清洁级动物实验设施。同时，组建了面向6个所级单位的服务体系。实现了符合标准、满足需要、节约能源、减少人力、提高设施利用效率、降低设施维持费用的预期目标。并由低标准、分散使用的粗放管理模式，转向了高标准、集中使用的科学化、标准化、社会化的管理模式，经济效益和社会效益均较明显。

The Reconstruction of Clean Animal Facility and the Establishment of

The construction of laboratory animal facilities which involves many specialties is a complex project.For improving the research work there,as well as the reliability of safety test on foods,cosmetics,and other health products in the limited clean animal laboratories,Chinese Academy of Preventive Medicine (CAPM) has built a clean animal facility for more research and inspection projects,through selecting the construction team openly and publicly,consulting with laboratory animal experts,and supervising the constructive quality.And in CAPM an Experimental Animal Laboratory was established which is available for several institutes,achieving its aims for conforming to the National Standard,satisfying the needs,saving energy,reducing manpower,using the facility efficiently and decreasing the maintenance expenses.The management is also changed from the lower standard and dispersion to the higher standard and centralization.CAPM has been getting big benefit from the change of managemental model.
