Gluma脱敏剂对黏接剂与牙本质间粘接力的作用

目的：探讨Gluma脱敏剂对不同黏接剂与牙本质间粘接力的作用。方法：将64个离体牙牙合]面釉质去除后，分为Gluma脱敏剂处理组和空白对照组，用四种不同的黏接剂将表面积相同的铸件黏接到牙本质表面，进行黏接拉伸强度的测试。结果：t-检验显示Gluma的应用对GIC、RC、PCC和牙本质间的黏接力无影响，降低了ZPC和牙本质间的黏接力且有显著性意义（P〈0．01）。结论：Gluma脱敏剂的应用影响了ZPC与牙本质间的黏接力。

Effect of Gluma desensitizer on bond strength of adhesive luting agents to dentin

Objective ： The current study investigate the influence of a Gluma desensitizers on bond strength to dentin of four luting agents （GIC ,ZPC, PCC, RC）. Methods： With Sixty-four extracted human molars were removed occlusal enmal, they were divided two groups-Gluma desensitizers group and control group. Castings with the same surface area were cemented to the dentin with four different cement agents, then tensile bond strengths were determined. Results： Analysis by t-test, the results demonstrated that Gluma desenitizer has no effect onthe retentive properties of three different luting cements-GIC ,PCC ,RC ,but reduced this properties when ZPC was used （P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion ： Gluma desenitizer significantly influenced the bond strength of adhesive luting agents to dentin when the luting agents was ZPC.
