沙美特罗替卡松粉吸入剂与沙美特罗干粉吸入剂治疗COPD稳定期的疗效观察

目的:比较吸入沙美特罗替卡松粉吸入剂与沙美特罗干粉吸入剂治疗中、重、极重度慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)稳定期的临床疗效和安全性。方法:采用开放随机平行对照的方法,将患者随机分两组:①观察组:吸入沙美特罗替卡松粉吸入剂50μg/250μg,1吸/次,2次/d;②对照组:吸入沙美特罗干粉吸入剂50μg,1吸/次,2次/d。每组40例,疗程4个月。结果:观察组较对照组呼吸困难评分、血气分析参数改善明显,差异有显著性;药物不良反应发生率分别为4.8%、2.4%,差异无显著性。结论:中、重、极重度COPD稳定期患者长期吸入沙美特罗替卡松粉吸入剂,通过两者协同互补效应,有效改善临床症状、运动耐量,减少急性发作次数,改善生活质量。

The curative effect of salmeterol xinafoate for inhalation and salmeterol of foradil aerolizer formoterol fumarate used on the COPD stable phase

Objective: To evaluate the curative effect of Salmeterol Xinafoate for inhalation and Salmeterol of Foradil Aerolizer formoterol fumarate used on midrange,severe and severely and profoundly of the COPD Stable Phase.Methods: To deploy the mothods of open,random and parallel control,these patients were randomly divided into two groups: ① compamble intervention group(n=40): to inhale Salmeterol Xinafoate for inhalation 50 μg/250 μg,one inhale per order,two time a day;② controls group(n=40): to inhale the Salmeterol of Foradil Aerolizer formoterol fumarate 50 μg,one inhale per order,two time a day;course of treatment is four month.Results: In compamble intervention group,the score of anhelation and parameter of blood gas analysis was significantly(P<0.05) improved than control group.The incidence rate of the drug adverse reaction are 4.8% and 2.4%,respectively,have not significance.Conclusion: The patients of midrange,severe and severely and profoundly of the COPD stable phase long-term inhale Salmeterol Xinafoate for inhalation,through the effect of the cooperation and complementation,improving clinical symptom and exercise tolerance,decreasing acute frequency,improving the quality of life.
