| 摘 要： | 目的:评价帕罗西汀治疗冠心病伴抑郁症患者的疗效。方法:调查我院心内科住院264例冠心病患者,采用汉密顿抑郁量表(HAMD)进行评估。结果:冠心病患者中伴有抑郁症的患病率17.8%,应用帕罗西汀治疗后汉密顿抑郁量表评分明显下降(P<0.01)。结论:帕罗西汀治疗冠心病伴抑郁症患者可取得明显疗效。

| Abstract: | Objective: To investigate the clinical effect of paroxetine in patients with coronary artery disease and depressive disorder.Methods: 264 patients with coronary artery disease were evaluated by Hamilton rating scale for depression.Results: The morbidity of depressive disorder in patients with coronary artery disease is 17.8%,Score of Hamilton rating scale for depression decrease obviously.Conclusion: Clinical effect of paroxetine in patients with coronary artery disease and depressive disorder is good. |
