按摩子宫联合安列克对瘢痕子宫剖宫产产后出血的影响

目的:探讨按摩子宫联合安列克对瘢痕子宫剖宫产产后出血的影响。方法:选取郑州大学第五附属医院2012年10月至2013年10月收治的100例瘢痕子宫剖宫产患者,随机分为两组,对照组患者于第三产程按摩子宫;试验组患者于第三产程按摩子宫+宫体注射安列克。比较两组患者第三产程时间、产后2 h出血量及产后出血率。结果:与对照组相比,试验组患者第三产程时间较短,产后2 h出血量较少,产后出血率较低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:按摩子宫联合安列克可缩短瘢痕子宫剖宫产患者第三产程时间,减少产后2 h出血量,降低产后出血率。

The effect of uterine massage combined with Anlieke on the postpartum hemorrhage after cesarean section of scar uterine

Objective ： To study the effect of uterine massage combined with Anlieke on the postpar- tum hemorrhage after cesarean section of scar uterine. Methods： 100 patients with scar uterine treated with cesarean section from October 2012 to October 2013 in the Fifth Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University were selected and randomly divided into two groups. Both groups in the third stage of labor were treated with uterine massage, the experimental group was added with Anlieke injection in the body of uterus. The time of the third stage of labor, the volumes of postpartum hemorrhage after 2 hours and the rates of postpartum hemorrhage were compared between two groups. Results： Compared with control group, the time of the third stage of labor was shorter, the volume of postpartum hemorrhage after 2 hours was less and the rate of postpartum hemorrhage was lower in the experimental group, the differences were statistically significant （P 〈 O. 05）. Conclu- sion ： Uterine massage combined with Anlieke could shorten the time of the third stage of labor, re- duce the volume of postpartum hemorrhage after 2 hours, bring down the rate of postpartum hemor- rhage.
